Indoor Teaching Room at Hinksey Heights Golf Club
The indoor teaching studio is a great addition to the club especially with our unreliable weather. The studio allows us to have a number of lessons indoors in the warm, rather than outdoors in the wind and rain.
The studio which was once part of the Pro shop has been completely refurbished into a modern, state of the art teaching studio. Mirrors are positioned on every wall so your swing can be viewed from as many angles as possible. A new video analysis system has been installed to capture your swing on video, along with a putting green and driving net to allow you to be taught as though you were outside.
 
Swing rings - So what does they achieve? It is a ring which you swing along, that keeps the club perfectly on plane with the correct in to out attack!! So basically, you can never produce a bad swing if you are on this. You can also use real balls and clubs.
